Methods of communication
- Direct faculty access: Homeroom teachers maintain contact through phone calls, emails, and personalized voicemail.
- Student agendas: Daily written communications in the student agenda facilitate organization and quick parent-teacher touchpoints.
- Personal consultations: We host informal meetings and scheduled interviews to discuss student growth in detail.
- Communication Calls: Twice a year, parents receive personalized phone calls from the children’s teachers to keep them abreast of student progress, upcoming events and interpersonal development.
- Performance Tracking: Detailed report cards are issued each term to provide a comprehensive look at academic and social development. Prior to receiving the report cards, parents are sent midterm reports to ensure parents and students are aware of ongoing progress and performance.
