Enrichment & Gifted Learners
Program

Inspiring gifted learners through engaging and challenging learning experiences.

About the program

At Turnbull School, enrichment is part of everyday learning. We believe that students thrive when they are both supported and challenged, especially those who demonstrate advanced abilities or a gifted profile. Our small class sizes and experienced teachers allow us to truly understand each child’s strengths, interests, and learning style.

When students show mastery of a concept, their learning does not simply move faster. Instead, it moves deeper. Teachers extend the curriculum in meaningful ways, encouraging students to think critically, ask thoughtful questions, and apply their knowledge in new and complex situations. The goal is not just to learn content, but to understand how to use it with confidence and purpose.

Gifted learners remain fully connected to their peer group while receiving differentiated instruction within the classroom. This approach nurtures intellectual growth without separating students socially. From inquiry-based exploration in the early years to advanced research, debate, and independent projects in the senior grades, students develop the confidence, problem solving skills, and curiosity that prepare them for future academic success and lifelong learning.
